For the moments you'd give anything to see again

A first dance. A newborn's yawn. Grandad telling his favourite joke. The photo keeps the look, the video keeps the voice, and both live in one keepsake.

Happy tears, as reported

★★★★★
I am over the moon. The quality is outstanding, the best we have ever had. The moving memory was such a lovely idea for my son's last photos in primary school. So happy!

Questions, answered

What do I need to watch the video?

A smartphone and the free Moving Memories app for iPhone or Android. Scan the QR code we email you, then point your phone at the photo on your keepsake.

Is the QR code printed on the gift?

No. Your keepsake shows your photo and personalisation only. We email your unique video QR code separately, so you can share it with whoever receives the gift.

How do I send you my photo and video?

You upload your photo and your video on the product page as you order. Our Photo & Video Guide explains what works best.

How long can my video be?

Up to 45 seconds, and 20 to 30 seconds works best. Match it to your photo: portrait with portrait, landscape with landscape.

How long does delivery take?

Every keepsake is made to order in the UK and is usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your files being approved. Delivery is free to any UK address.

What if my photo won't print well?

We check every photo and video by hand before production. If something won't print or play well, we get in touch before we make anything.

Can I buy a gift card instead?

Yes. TimeFrame gift cards are emailed to you straight after checkout and can be spent on any keepsake within 6 months. Buy 5 or more and save 10%, or 10 or more and save 15%. See the gift card offer.
