Photo & video guide
Photo & video guide
Your photo: clear, sharp and centred. Send the original file straight from your phone or camera. Skip anything saved from social media or sent over WhatsApp, those files get compressed and print badly.
Your video: aim for 20 to 30 seconds, 45 max. Match it to your photo: portrait with portrait, landscape with landscape.
Not sure? Send it anyway. We check every file before production and we'll get in touch if something won't print well.

Loved by gift-givers
I am over the moon. The quality is outstanding, the best we have ever had. The moving memory was such a lovely idea for my son's last photos in primary school. So happy!
I cried! But in a good way. I love the concept, it's great. Well done.
Superb quality picture and video. Absolutely fantastic, and great customer service.
