1. About us

TimeFrame Gifts is a trading name of Timeframegifts Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17504926. Our registered office and postal address is 1st Floor, 4-10 College Road, Harrow HA1 1BE.

You can contact us by email at hello@timeframegifts.com or through the contact page on our website.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place at timeframegifts.com. Please read them before you order. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

3. What we sell

We make personalised photo keepsakes: acrylic photo plaques, crystal glass photo blocks, photo canvases and acrylic key rings. Each one is printed with your photo and any words you add. We also email you a unique QR code linked to a video you choose. Your video plays through the free Moving Memories app when you point your phone at your photo. We also sell digital gift cards.

The photos on our website show examples. Printed colours can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen, and every keepsake is made to order, so small variations are normal.

4. Your photos, videos and words

  • You're responsible for the photos, videos and text you send us. By sending them, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that everyone who appears in them is happy for them to be used. For children, that means their parent or guardian.
  • We only use your photos and videos to make your keepsake, link your video and deliver your order. We won't use them in our marketing unless you give us permission.
  • We check every photo before we make your keepsake. If we don't think it will print well, we'll get in touch first.
  • You'll see a preview of your design before you order, and we'll ask you to confirm it's correct. We print names, dates and messages exactly as they appear in your preview, so please check your spelling before you order.
  • We can refuse to make anything offensive or unlawful, or anything that uses someone else's copyright or trade mark without permission. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

5. Ordering

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that email. If we can't accept your order, for example because of a pricing error or a problem with your photo, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

You upload your photo and your video on our website when you order. We start making your keepsake once we've checked them. If there's a problem with either file, we'll email you before we print anything.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We're not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. UK delivery is free, and the price of Express delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.

If a price on our website is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before making your order. You can then carry on at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Gift card offer: buy 5 or more gift cards in one order and get 10% off, or 10 or more and get 15% off. The discount is taken off automatically at checkout. The offer shown on our website when you order is the one that applies.

7. Making and delivering your order

Every keepsake is made to order. We aim to dispatch it within 3 to 5 working days of receiving and approving your photo and video. Delivery costs and times are in our Delivery policy. We email your QR code separately.

8. Your video and QR code

Your QR code links to the video you upload. We'll keep your video online for 30 years from your order date. The video plays through the free Moving Memories app on iPhone and Android, which needs an internet connection. If you'd like your video taken down, email us.

9. Cancelling your order

Every keepsake is personalised for you, so the usual 14 day right to cancel an online order doesn't apply once we've made it. If you change your mind, contact us as soon as you can. If we haven't started making your keepsake, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Gift cards: you can cancel a gift card within 14 days of buying it, as long as it hasn't been used. We'll refund you in full.

10. If something's wrong

Your keepsake should arrive as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it's damaged or faulty, or we've made a mistake, tell us and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you. Our Returns and refunds policy explains how. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Gift cards

Gift cards are sent by email and can be spent on anything in our shop. They're valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is shown on the gift card email. They can't be exchanged for cash. If an order costs more than the balance on a gift card, you can pay the difference another way. Please keep your gift card code safe, as we can only replace a lost code if it hasn't been used.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Our products are for personal and private use, so we're not responsible for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

13. Events outside our control

If something outside our control, such as a postal strike or severe weather, delays your order, we'll tell you as soon as we can and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we'll refund you for anything you haven't received.

14. Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, email us at hello@timeframegifts.com. We aim to reply within one working day.

15. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
