A minute here saves a reprint later. Here's how to get the best from your TimeFrame keepsake.

Your photo

• Clear, sharp and centred. Your subject should be the star of the frame
• Send the original file, straight from your phone or camera
• Skip anything saved from Instagram or Facebook, or sent over WhatsApp. Those files get compressed and they print badly
• Bigger is better. The more pixels, the sharper your print

Your video

• Aim for 20 to 30 seconds. 45 is the limit
• Match it to your photo: portrait with portrait, landscape with landscape
