A minute here saves a reprint later. Here's how to get the best from your TimeFrame keepsake.

Your photo

• Clear, sharp and centred. Your subject should be the star of the frame
• Send the original file, straight from your phone or camera
• Skip anything saved from Instagram or Facebook, or sent over WhatsApp. Those files get compressed and they print badly
• Bigger is better. The more pixels, the sharper your print

Your video

• Aim for 20 to 30 seconds. 45 is the limit
• Match it to your photo: portrait with portrait, landscape with landscape

Your keepsake and QR code

Your physical keepsake displays your photo and personalisation only, with no QR code printed on it. Your video QR code is sent separately to you by email. Use the emailed code to access your chosen video, and keep the email so you can find it again.

Send them anyway. We check every photo and video before production, and if something won't print or play well we'll get in touch before we make your keepsake.
