Your photo: clear, sharp and centred. Send the original file straight from your phone or camera. Skip anything saved from social media or sent over WhatsApp, those files get compressed and print badly.
Your video: aim for 20 to 30 seconds, 45 max. Match it to your photo: portrait with portrait, landscape with landscape.
