Here's what we'd suggest, and yes, we're biased, but hear the logic out. Take a photo Mum loves. You and your siblings as kids, or the grandkids on her lap, or the two of you at your wedding. Print it on a crystal glass block or acrylic plaque she can keep on the windowsill.
Then the part that finishes her off entirely: a hidden video. Thirty seconds of you saying the thing you never quite say out loud. Or the grandchildren shouting "we love you Granny". Or footage from the family party she keeps talking about.
She points her phone at it and watches. Then she watches it again. Then she shows every person who enters the house for the next decade.
